CSUSM Transfer Questions

I know there is already another CSUSM transfer thread, but I have some questions regarding the admission process.

  1. My "To Do" list shows that I need to complete a "16-17 Conf of Income" and a "
    Parent Tax Transcript 2015" form. Does this mean I've been accepted?
  2. When does CSUSM send out decisions? I've heard back from CSUSI, CSULB, CSUF, and SDSU. Why is CSUSM taking the longest?

@saddlebackcc7 I did not experience that in my to do list, but I did receive emails about turning in a FAFSA. Did you receive a decision yet? I am still playing the waiting game.
