<p>i dont think you can go to cty when you're a junior. I'm not 100% sure but thats pretty old ... I went when I was in 7th grade.</p>

<p>CTY as a Junior I don't believe is possible. It's a program hosted by JHU, but is separate from the undergraduate institution, and is intended for people younger than 15.</p>
<p>The JHU</a> Pre-college program is an amazing step beyond CTY. You can get college credit (accepted if you enroll at Hopkins as an undergradute, and likely accepted by other universities as well), and you'll get a lot of individual attention from world-class professors, since there are fewer undergrads around during the summer. Pre-college, if you do well in it, can give you a good foot in the door because it shows that you are able to handle a Hopkins work load.</p>
