DD was accepted OOS (Texas), 27 ACT, 4.81W. Psychology. No email yet, just confirm enrollment on portal.

Confused…I have similar stats

They might be letting in lower stat people to make them feel better and are waiting to announce merit money for us high stat people

Looks like all college of arts and sciences so far.

Son accepted. OOS. 1370 SAT, 4.7 weighted, 3.8 UW. College of Arts and Sciences. No email, just portal asking to confirm enrollment.

1320 SAT, 3.35 GPA, 4 APs and the rest honors classes, lots of athletic extracurriculars OOS.

@frazzledazzle Was it for engineering or art and sciences?

@NWhummingbird I was accepted to arts and sciences for astronomy.

S got in. Weird that they didn’t send an email.

I have nothing on my portal. Should I be worried

S18 was accepted today into the College of Arts & Sciences as a Math major. He has a 4.1 weighted, 3.9 unweighted GPA, 1460 on the SAT, 7 AP classes and lots of EC’s. We are in state. He received an email today that his status changed. Logged in and there was a link to the status update. The update was a congratulations on our acceptance, similar to other schools.

Just got the email and now the application status portal is more complete with an acceptance letter.

So have all the acceptances been arts & sciences? Nothing yet OOS engineering

@BouttaBeDenied Im OOS engineering and haven’t heard anything yet

When my nephew got in a few years ago, he was accepted A&S first, then about a week later to engineering.
