CU Boulder transfer acceptance letter time?

Hello,
I just sent in my application to CU Boulder a few days ago and am wondering two things. I have a 3.7 GPA Biology major and want to study Biology there as well, is this good enough to get accepted? Also, how long does it take for them to send an acceptance letter? Thanks!

I applied in late February to Leeds. I still haven’t heard back… Decisions are made on a rolling-basis, and Leeds is usually the busiest. Hopefully you’ll hear back within 4-6 weeks. I emphasize – I’m getting really anxious about it, and having nightmares about my housing situation next year (eeeeekkk!).

A 3.7 is more than adequate. What matters more than GPA is how many credits you’ve completed, what kind of courses, etc… Nonetheless, it’s waaaayyy easier to transfer in to CU than to be accepted as a a Freshman. I think as long as you have above a 2.75, you have a solid chance at being accepted to CLAS.

I think you missed the deadline. I believe the deadline for summer/fall transfer is March 1st. I submitted my application late February, and mycuboulder page was updated the first week of april letting me know i got accepted. i received a email a week later. a few days after i received an email, i received a letter in the mail.
