<p>Because I have done a lot research about CU Boulder Engineering program, I feel that I can answer your questions.
1/ The overall strength of the program depends on the major you want to major in. CU Boulder has a top-notch aerospace engineering program(go to their website and you will see how respectable the aerospace engineering program is.) Other programs are decent, but are not on par with other top public universities like UC-Berkeley or UMichigan. </p>
