<p>Hello, so I will be attending the University of Colorado Boulder but was wondering if transfering to USC would be even more difficult being from an out of state university.</p>
<p>USC is a private university so they probably get apps from all around the country; I don’t think it makes a difference where you go but rather that you do well there.</p>
<p>USC is a little different for a private since it does have articulation agreements with some CA colleges:</p>

<p>I’m not sure how much of the 33% transfer rate is taken up by these agreements; but beyond these agreements with specific colleges, being OOS won’t make a difference.</p>
