I think your chances to get in are excellent! With the relatively recent change to “test optional,” it’s difficult to say how they are going to give out merit scholarships. Obviously they will have to evaluate your application as a whole, and I do think yours is plenty strong. You’ll get a scholarship of some sort, just difficult to say how much.
