My D just finished her first year of college in a generic business major because she wants to manage restaurants and the like. However, she's feeling like what she really liked was the COOKING and is wondering about studying that as her main focus. Most of the well-known chefs seem to have gone to places like Cordon Bleu rather than traditional college. D is thinking that might be too limiting. Are there good traditional 4-year colleges that are also known to have strong culniary programs? The only one I know of is Johnson and Wales, where Emeril went, lol.

Thanks
