Culver Academy

Hi :) I am currently a freshmen looking to go to Culver Academy for my sophomore year in high school. I have straight A's, take part in community service, and I'm on the varsity cross country team. I would definitely have to apply for scholarships ( either Batten or Duchossois) and if not that, then Financial Aid. Could anyone please share their experience at Culver, or other schools that are similar? If you need anymore information I will gladly tell. Thank you!

Hi! I’m a current student at Culver and coming here has been the best decision of my life! Like you, I applied as a freshman through a scholarship and even though I didn’t win the full scholarship I was able to attend using financial aid. There are so many unique opportunities presented every single day that are hard to find at another school. At Culver, you are part of a close-knit community in classes, in sports and other extra-curriculars and in the dorm. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions!

What kind of SSAT scores does Culver look for if you want to get a full scholarship there?

Hey!! I’m a freshman too, applying for next year! my cousins went to Culver so I know what it’s like. I’m applying for Batten and Duchossois, same as you. You can apply for both (new this year).
It’s a great school, I’ve shadowed there and spent the summers on lake max
Message me with some more details, but it seems like you would get in!
Good luck!

Culver Academy is very impressive. Take a tour of their beautiful campus…If this isn’t a hidden gem, I don’t know what would be.
