<p>I know cumulative GPA is what colleges looks into most.... What about in major GPA? Do you think that admission offices also looks at your in major GPA or do you think they just solely concentrate on your overall GPA? My in major GPA is acutally higher than my cumulative by .04 points.</p>
<p>Like kscool said, it depends on your major… In my case, Architecture we ALL have to re-apply for admission into the program at the end of the second year, and they only look at the major’s GPA. Also, for graduating with honors they only look at your major’s GPA. Those requirements change from major to major, but I think they all just look at your major’s GPA, there might be additional things they look at though. In the end, major gpa is more important than overall gpa.</p>
