My son also received the financial aid email from CCNY, but no official acceptance email. He only applied to CCNY and Baruch. Still nothing from Baruch. He is applying as a freshman (out of state).
@ashhleyak maybe it is because freshmans can get multiple acceptances but transfers can’t. Try calling the schools that you received the aid packages from and ask about your application status.

@cashwizard11 I applied Feb 06 and all my documents didn’t get through till march 22.and I’m a transfer. But i emailed baruch admissions(only school i applied to) and they said my english credit didn’t transfer so id have to submit an appeal. after submitting the appeal a few days ago, i got in today.

Just got my city college admission too! Waiting for Hunter, Baruch & John Jay
Hi,
I am 32 years old and I am applying to CUNY as a transfer student because I had about 20-30 credits at Pace U from 12 years ago. I just submitted my application yesterday, and chose Baruch, Brooklyn, Queens College, and City University. My SAT’s in the year 2001 were Math: 670 and Reading: 620. My average was 83.7 in HS. Do you think Baruch will accept me for Fall 2017 or is it too late for Fall 2017? Also, should I apply for Spring 2018 while waiting for my results for Fall 2017? I sent all my transcripts and my SAT scores. It may take a few weeks before my SAT scores and my transcripts arrive at CUNY. Do you think Baruch will accept me at all? Also, would you recommend that I write an essay for my transfer application? Thanks everyone!

@JimmyKey can’t say anything because it’s been like 12 years since you graduated and the process has changed a lot since then. Maybe you should have went to the office and get some info on this because back in the days you had very different scores and subjects. And yes you should have writtenan essay to give them a better understanding. If you are applying right now for the gal semester I think it’s kinda late
