does anyone know if I can get direct contact with an admissions counselor another way, not by calling the welcome center?

I am a general transfer applicant to Hunter applied on January 27th. I asked the admission office when I should get the decision and they said “The portal is correct in the fact that decision has been made for your general transfer application. We send out our decisions in batches and looks like you are in the next group of applicants to receive yours, which should be in the next two weeks” last Saturday.
Anybody here still waiting for Hunter College? It’s been way over 2 weeks since they emailed me saying that decisions will be sent out shortly and the college decision day deadline is on 1st…this is getting ridiculous!!! If anybody called the office about this, can you please tell me what they said.

applied to baruch, hunter, queens and john jay
still waiting on baruch and queens 
but i applied maybe a week before the deadline

lol i just called baruch today and they can’t even tell me if i got in or not. They said its gonna take another 24-48 hours for them to tell me if i got in or not over the phone. Really ???

Finally got my email from Baruch after like 4 months lol but rejected as a freshman.

Just got my Hunter decision. Got waitlisted. Either wait for Hunter or go to Brooklyn for film and TV. Anybody know what I should do?

I would go to brooklyn, you can always transfer once they accept you
