I sincerely hope that what I'm doing is okay. I posted a chances thread on the search and selection forum totally by accident, so I'm posting it again here. If my thread gets deleted, then so be it and I apologize for any trouble I have caused. Moving on:

I go to an odd private high school in Westchester that emphasizes international education. I'm a senior. I took regular science, math, and English courses and very "funky" history courses. My schools offers no APs. I'm applying to Hunter (regular admissions, not honors) and Purchase with a creative writing portfolio for Purchase. Those colleges are fairly familiar with my school because lots of kids have applied to these colleges. Ok, here goes:

Another note: I have depression and ADHD and I explained both in my essay. But my essay wasn't a pity party. It was about overcoming challenges and my guidance counselor and English teacher both loved it. It had a few twists that made it not as typical as most essays like that would be.

Chance me! Thanks!
