CUNY application status

I applied to CUNY and submitted my application in November. On the CUNY site it says " Your application was submitted on November 15, 2015 for the Fall 2016 semester." And then it says “The status below reflects your application for the Fall 2016 semester.” with a big blank space after it.

Today I got an email saying “We see that you started an admission application for the Fall but have not submitted it yet. The February 1st priority deadline is quickly approaching so we recommend submitting your application soon.” The CUNY app says it’s already submitted but the email says the opposite. What does that mean? I submitted my application months ago, so what am I supposed to do now?

To be honest, I feel like you should e-mail them. Email the admissions team ! I did that and they get right back to me within 3 to 5 days. E-mail them the issue and they can easily check your file/application.
