wow that's so freaking funny. how the f*** did that happen? Wow, is it that competitive? Lucky i got in lolz

thats because cuny honors is strictly number-based. they don't take too many other factors into consideration. the essay was BS anyway.

Is it worth 25K to go to NYU?

hey anybody accepted to cuny honors, if yes then post somethin on the following thread: ppl accepted to cuny (macaulay) honors. Ppl attending the school can do so 2 lolz. I need some ppl to post on the thread that I created. wwaaawaaeawaw lolz

sexy123, I think that it all depends on whether u can afford the school, if u can then y not. But I'm only talking about for business, math, and drama/theater majors. The other majors, I dont think it's worth it. But for stern, I would say hell yeah. I mean there are others though like wharton uchicago and michigan and arguably cuny honors baruch that can compete with stern. Nonetheless, it also depends on what u r looking for in a college. hah

uchicago doesn't offer a business major

yeah but uchicago has the best school for economics
they have more noble prize winners on econ than any other school lolz.

it's really weird... cuz i got accepted into MCH for baruch.. n got rejected to nyu and SYRACUSE!! which i totallyy dontt get at ALLL.. bcuz ironically THOSE were my backups if i didn't get into cuny honors

there are different factors that each school takes into consideration. sometimes you need to 'think outside the box' when it comes to college admissions.

EDIT: if you got rejected from the arts & sciences departments at both schools, then yeah...something definitely doesn't add up.
