<p>CUNY Honors College is a very well-respected program. It is the toughest program to get in within CUNY and probably also SUNY system. It is comparable to private university. </p>
<p>Some perks:
You can choose a main college and then cross register and take classes at other participating colleges. They give you full tutition for four year, grant for research and study abroad. They even give you a laptop.</p>
