i have a question. If for some reasons, i was late to receive financial aids, and in order to register for subsequent semester, I paid in full myself. would i still able to receive those late financial aids?

What do you mean? Do you mean you were late APPLYING for financial aid? At some schools, this would jeopardize your aid.
Are you a U.S. citizen? Are you a resident of NY?
What kind of aid are you anticipating getting…and for heavens sake…why didn’t you apply on time??
