Curious oos transfer

<p>I think that the Admissions Office would probably give you the most accurate answer.</p>

<p>I know a few students in the CAS who transferred from out of state, but I really don’t know their stats.</p>

<p>I had a friend apply to USC from an oos college as an English major, but she’s an SC resident, so I don’t think that helps much.</p>
