<p>High School GPA’s are rounded up. College GPA’s are not rounded.</p>
<p>The mid-average is 4.4. Unfortunately, the modulus of the population is greatly centered at 4.38. Looks like your at a disadvantage, but worth a shot.</p>
<p>The mid average is not a 4.4. The middle 50% for the freshman who were admitted to fall of 2012 was a 4.0- 4.4. But i agree with the above poster, that much of a difference, who gives a damn.</p>
<p>the reason I asked was because my counselor at school said that when weeding out applicants, many more 4.0’s are thrown out than 4.1’s. I just figured it’d give me a leg up on the competition if it were rounded up.</p>
