current CC students:Cross-enrollment programs

This is one thing I didn't know about when I was a community college student. If your school offers the program I would take advantage of it. You can take one course per semester at a nearby UC or CSU for practically free. I wish I done this when I was a CC student. This is really good for people who want to get a head start or go to a CC where the pre-req isn't offered.

Also if you are a UC student. You can also do a cross-enrollment program with a nearby CC and take a course for practically free. (26 dollars if I believe).

Check if your school has it and try it.
