<p>availability: just sign up, you’ll get in as long as you don’t drop it
professors: they’re all respectable in the field, go to websites like ninjacourses or ratemyprof for comments about a specific prof’s teaching
workload: the CS61 series are about 1.5-2 times the workload as a typical 4 unit course, the rest (math54, cs70, ee42) are the typical lower-division math/science course in berkeley.</p>
