Current CS undergrad - not sure whether to pursue math/statistics double major or CS master's

I'm a sophomore CS major and I'm starting to try edit my 4-year plan. My scholarship is going to cover enough time for me to do one of the options in the title, but not both. Assuming that future earning potential is my only criterion, since I enjoy both fields equally, which is more likely to benefit me in the job market?

Edit: This wasn't totally clear on rereading: The double major I was referring to would be computer science and one out of math and statistics. The double major is not math and statistics.

What do you like to study is they key?

Like I said, I really enjoy both of them and I know I would like getting either degree. I wouldn’t say I have a strong preference either way, so that’s why I’m more focused on what’s going to pay off more.

Getting 2 B.S. degrees is not always a great idea. A B.S. / M.S. combination is much stronger as far as career prospects go. Take the Math courses as electives and go for the M.S.
