Other comments on columbia: from my weekend stay.. there's so much energy in the city and on the campus. Science nerds aren't just science nerds, they're completely well rounded.</p>

Reaction: ack, I don't even want to try to predict it. I'm trying to get myself into the deferred mentality so I won't be too disappointed!</p>

<p>"Fav sport: ballet/dance" well if it makes you feel any better, dance is where I'm getting my Action hours for the IB CAS requirement.</p>

<p>ps. anyone who hasnt added their names to the ED roster please do so. (this includes that havn't updated their application states.) Also please take your name off the list if you did not apply ED (come on I know at least one of you is out there)</p>

<p>the core forces anyone majoring in a science to also get a strong background in the humanities.</p>

<p>thats true... i just wish more CC courses counted for credits at SEAS.. being a theatre fan.. I really wish I can at least take one acting class for elective.</p>

Other comments on columbia: i like columbia for reasons that i can't exactly describe. that said, columbia isn't a perfect school, either.</p>

<p>if admitted: sleep for a few days. then start working for $$$. if columbia food is so terrible, i'll need LOADS of moolah to eat out. oh and maybe dye my hair a nice shade of blue.</p>

<p>if not admitted: probably scream. i have other options, but none that excite me as much as this school...</p>

<p>its getting closer....wow, i'm going to have so much to do this weekend if i don't get in. im am very very behind on apps.</p>

<p>me too.. anyone else getting the feeling that they dont want to do anything until the results are out?</p>

<p>Yeah, I was feeling that two, but I started doing other apps this week and it actually made me feel a lot better, like it's okay if I don't get in to Columbia ED.</p>

<p>But my counselor and teachers don't want to do the recs for RD until I find out about ED...they don't believe me when I tell them that I'll probably be deferred.</p>

<p>I'm just nervous....I really "love" Columbia....really I do.</p>
