Current Grades?????

I'm applying to Andover, and I thought I was finished with everything. Then I was going over what I had done on myandover and it said my current grades were missing. I'm really confused because I thought those were part of the school report that my principle filled out. The strange thing is that myandover says that it recieved the school report, but not my grades. Did I miss something???

school report is a sheet filled out you need to ask you principal to send your transcript and grades too

soo… Just email my grades to the admission office? Or should I send them by snail mail?

You have to ask your principal/counselor to mail your grades to the admissions office. I don’t think they will accept copies from applicants.

oh i have this problem too! i think i’m just going to ask my dean to email them to the admissions office.

Okay, great. Thanks!

okay, so new question. Where am I supposed to send them??? My principle sent an email to admissions@andover.edu about a week ago, but myandover say’s they haven’t recieved them.

A couple people have reported this occurring this year, but IIRC, it says on the school report exactly what the school is supposed along to send with the report. So unless they’ve never filled one out/you are the only/first kid from the school to apply to BS…they should know what to do.

I just checked the Gateway form and it says to “Please attach” the following (with check boxes):

-Final or mid-semester grade for fall term (Must be included)
-Grades since 6th grade, if available
-A complete high school transcript
-Standardized test scores
-Recent teacher reports, if any
-A school profile, if available

Exactly. My issue is that gatewaytoprepschools didn’t say that it needed my ‘current’ grades, so they weren’t included in the school report. But myandover say’s that I DO need them, and I have no idea where to send them.

I interpret “final or midsemester grades for fall term” as “current”. Call your AO.

okay. Thanks!!!
