Current Harvard Students, Alumns, and others...!

I am a VERY poor standardized test taker, and my scores aren't really in the Harvard range. Esp. I'm an international in asia where most people ace the science math SATs by getting 800s and almost always 750+.
I had to take TOEFL twice to get my 297 CBT
and didn't really do well on APs as expected. (I have a 3, three 4s, and four 5s) I did really bad on subjects I really liked...I don't know why,

SAT I:
first time
650 verbal 730 math 690 writing
second time
770 verbal 770 math 700 writing (took in October, and the writing curve was
really harsh, my wrt percentile is 96%...:()

SAT II:
700 Literature 710 Chemistry 770 Math level 2 (all first takes)

If I get deferred, should I retake my Literature and take World History in January and shoot for 750+ to fill in the 3 750+ SAT unofficial standard for
top tier schools? My highest composite(which is actually just the second time)
is 2240...low for Harvard...but the verbal score was a lot higher than expected (I was hoping 750~730), I think I could work with math and writing to get a higher score...should I retake in december?

Ahhhhhhhh, I hate standardized testings but I AM willing to retake...for Harvard. I hate proving intelligence in little bubbles...It's unfair!
What do you think?(esp. Harvard Students, and Harvard Students' moms and Harvard alumns)

I'd rather spend the time working on my regular apps for Yale Princeton and other schools, running around to sell my fiction story to publishers, working on my online-extension college course, and entering more national contests to win more awards.

one more thing, I haven't recieved my PIN, and I've sent the app on the last day of October. How long does it take to recieve a PIN?

I mean, you could retake if you want, but those scores will definitely not disqualify you. A 770 on verbal for an international is really good, especially since that test causes so much trouble for domestic applicants. The decision that is rendered will not be made on solely your SAT scores. You will definitely be considered for admission, so it all depends on how the other factors of your application are presented. Again, your scores are very good. Don't worry about them.
