Thanks for reading, and hopefully you replied! Not many people are familiar with Rutgers in the "What are my chances?" forum, so I decided to repost it here. Out of curiousity, does Rutgers look more at the number statistics such as SAT and GPA because of their large number of applicants?

Thank you SO MUCH,
Fresh

You are in! I’m Filipino too lol.
And yea, they really look at SAT’s and GPA more than anything, especially for scholarships.

Thanks Mark. BTW, are you in RAPS? Those who are reading, please chance me, it means a lot!

Oh, no, I’m an incoming freshman. But I’m quite sure that you’re in.

Sweet, I’ve been practicing on math sections and I’ve been able to score quite high. Anyway, be sure to join Rutgers Association of Philippine Students. I have my heart set on Rutgers so if I get in I will probably meet you eventually haha.

yeah you have a good shot at getting in.

can i ask what robotics team you are on? im on a FIRST robotics team in NJ as well, pretty cool to meet a fellow FIRST-er

I’m on 2590 Nemesis. Thanks for replying and to others: please chance me!

lol im on 1089 in htown. we started your team a few years ago! its a small world lol.

Lenny Bermas! Were you at the NJ Regional? It’s not too small of a world because we’re on a Rutgers forum ^.^. I met and befriended a kid in the summer of 2006 on Socom FTB2 PSP online and turns out he had moved to NJ from Seattle and was in my 7th grade class the fall after. We were talking in class and someone was like “…my calculator has internet!” So I was like “My PSP has internet!” And it took off from there. Ironically, his online name was the same as his real name (Rohail) but I never thought to connect the dots. I just thought you would enjoy that story lol. Now that’s a small world ;).
