Current Junior with a question.

I'm taking regular physics right now and am looking to take sat II in physics by the end of the year. I know it will be hard... but my question is if it will be better to take the sat II in nov/dec of senior year when taking AP physics. and if apply ED to cornell my dream school, lol (93 gpa), will they see my sat II score?

im sure i want to major in architecture. and the sat II in phyrics is not necessary @ cornell for that major but will it help?

if im not clear enough tell me :)

also my current physics teacher is new and retarded so i would have to study for the test by myself. :(

Well, what subjects are you good at? And why not just take the tests that Cornell architecture requires? It would make your life easier. If you score well on physics, the score will only help you(as is true for any SAT II). I'm not sure about the dates and ED, so I can't help you there. Good luck!

Take it in October. That way, you will have a good refresher from your AP Physics class plus the entire summer prior to study on your own (maybe even get a tutor over the summer if your current teacher is that bad.) If you take it in October your scores will get to Cornell in time to apply ED, for sure. If you aren't confident in taking the exam, and it isn't required, then maybe consider not taking it at all.
