Current or Most Recent Year Courses....what do I put??

Under this section of the transfer common app, what classes do I put? I currently attend a 4-year school that goes by semester. Do I put Fall 2016 courses? Fall 2016 and Spring 2017? Fall 2016 and spring 2016?
