Do you know where I would be able to buy nice UPenn scarves or sweaters? I got into CAS, so Maybe merchandise with CAS on it? If not, non-labeled would be fine.

at the penn bookstore on 36th and walnut they have penn merchandise… you can order online, too.

[University of Pennsylvania Official Bookstore | Textbooks, Rentals, College Apparel](http://upenn.bncollege.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/BNCBHomePage?storeId=10056&catalogId=10001)

i know they have wharton-specific apparel, but i don’t believe they have a large selection of other school-specific stuff. they have CAS t-shirts but i don’t believe they have scarves and sweaters. they do have a lot of regular penn attire, though!

Wow @oceane! I’ve been looking for so long for decent Penn merchandise.

What’s the scoop on gender-neutral housing? I’m seriously considering it, but it seems heavily targeted at people with nontraditional gender/preference. As a heterosexual, will I be out of place if I decide to check gender-neutral?

Also, I’m obsessed with rock-and-roll and am planning on bringing the guitars to college. How would I go about finding people to jam with? It would be sweet to have a R&R room-mate :D

How difficult is it to switch between schools?

@promethianSound I don’t actually know anyone that does gender neutral housing, but most people at Penn (or at least my friends) are super chill and probably wouldn’t mind. hmm i would highly suggest using ■■■■■■■■.com to find your roommate, unless you know of someone going to penn. i found my roommate on there and it worked really well! you get to put your interests, hobbies, time you wake up/go to sleep etc. it was really helpful!

@km1224 from what i know of, it is relatively easy to switch between the college, nursing, and engineering. you need a 3.2 and need to write an essay as to why you are switching schools/major/course of life. even though a 3.2 is needed, one of my friends, who has like a 3.6, is having a very hard time switching from the college into nursing. it’s actually a pretty competitive program. wharton is extremely competitive and hard to get into internally. i think you need around a 3.8, need to take MATH104 (which is essentially Calc BC) and econ101 and econ 102… don’t quote me on that but i would definitely check the requirements and plan your schedule accordingly as it is definitely very hard to switch into.
