Can anyone share recent experiences with the program? What is it really like?
Where is the current crop of seniors headed? How did the program help them?

first of all, congratulations on your acceptance into RRS!
I don’t know if many/any current or recent RRS (or CBHP) students visit this forum, so you may not get first-hand or recent feedback.
my son was a CBHP student (the former name for RRS), and it was an amazing experience. The research opps and the presentation opps changed him from a sort-of-shy young man into a fully confident researcher and presenter of findings.
he also loved that they had their own lab and rest area. that area was his “go to” place between classes to hang out or do homework.
Dr. Sharpe and Mrs. Batson are very dedicated to the students.
What is your major and career goal?
Major and career goals are vague…
Applied for CS but that might change or be combined with something else.
As for career goals - something in government that pertains to intelligence/national security or healthcare policy would be great. Graduate school or law school likely.
Also accepted to Benaquisto schools and a couple T20s.
Thanks for responding. Your older posts have been tremendously helpful.
Has anyone ever had a negative experience with RRS/CBH? What are the downsides?
