<p>I posted a thread on the “Film Board” about Point Park but received no replies. I hoping I can get some help here.</p>
<p>My son was accepted to the Point Park Cinema program but we have been unable to find info and opinions about the program other than what’s on the schools website.</p>
<p>Any current students know anyone in the cinema program at Point Park? </p>
<p>How do they like it?</p>
<p>Over 115 views and no one knows a Point Park film student? </p>
<p>Does anyone have an idea where we might find information about the film program other than the schools website?</p>
<p>This forum is not a forum about all things Point Park. This is a forum that is just about Musical Theater or theater at Point Park. That may account for the lack of replies. </p>

<p>That said, if you visit the school, talk to current students in the program to glean perspectives. As well, if you are on Facebook, you can see if there are any Point Park groups and ask around there.</p>

<p>I did a quick search on facebook and there are Point Park Univerisity groups for every accepted class the past few years (which means many are current students) and also a PPU alumni group. If you are on FB, you could post your query to those groups, as well as on CC's Film Majors forum.</p>

<p>soozievt- I'm sorry. I realize this is the MT board, but after numerous searches for Point Park on the Visual Arts and Film Majors forum as well as posting there. I found virtually zero reference to the program.
I'll keep future postings confined to that forum.</p>
