<p>a lot of really really really smart and incredibly interesting people in the student body. good number of people who make you think: “how the hell did they get in here?” but for the most part the first statement is true. also, one of my professors built a rocket. **** like this is pretty normal at columbia, which is just awesome</p>
<p>You never go a day without meeting someone completely extraordinary. People are mostly friendly, and those who aren’t are just funny to laugh at. The campus is beautiful and the academics are rigorous. Hard science majors have the opportunity to research with some of the best names in their field.</p>
