Current Undergrad: Major and University good enough for graduate film school?

Hi, this is my first post here. I've recently made the decision on going to film school, however, I think I may have made the decision to late. Here is the story.

I have always liked film, but do to the opinions of family and peers, I decided not to pursue it in college. Instead, I decided to try out Engineering. So I attended (and still attend) Missouri University of Science and Technology. Well, after one year of Engineering, I've decided that I hate it. I want to do something in the liberal arts. So right now I am in my first semester as a sophomore and I am now at a deciding point of what to do for the rest of my college career. Right now I am in the education department, studying to be certified in secondary education in social studies. I also plan on getting two minors: an art minor and a film and literature minor. Also, I am in the process of creating a film making club at my University, because it does not have one and I feel like this school could definitely use one.

The reason I am making this post is because I am worried about getting into graduate school. I don't know how important school prestige is, but my school is not really know for its art program, as it is mostly an engineering school. I would changed schools, but it would be to much of a hassle and I am content with the life that I have at my current school. This is one reason I am creating the film making club, to find a way to get experience in film (also, I figure it would look great on my application for grad school). So I am wondering, will my university and the fact that I am majoring in education matter a lot? Or will the education degree in social studies actually be a benefit? I am also Vice President of my fraternity and will at some point be president. I have held my fair share of leadership positions throughout school and been involved in a good number of extracurricular.

I'm just scared that once it comes time for grad school, schools will look the other way because they may feel I did not go to a more art focused school. I need opinions from you guys on whether you think I will be okay or if I should maybe think about going to a different University. I know this all sounds like a lot of worrying, but I really want to get into a good grad school (Tisch, UCLA, etc).Producing is what I really, really want to do. I know the portfolio is very important for the application process, but I want to know if University/major is a big deal or not.

Thanks in advance for any help, I really appreciate it.
