Last week of collegiate career and feeling very nostalgic of my time here. Ask away!

Excited for the fountain run and senior SCend off dinner??

YES. and kind of. got a huge project due that day. :/

That’s better than having it due Friday morning! :)

Congratulations to both justfighton and Kulakai. As you finish up your undergrad studies, what are your plans now? Is there anything you regret doing or not doing at USC over the past four years?

I honestly regret not joining the TMB(Trojan Marching Band). They have entirely way too much fun I also regret not discovering the Galen Dining Hall (located behind heritage hall) until this semester. Though it is only open to non-athletes from 11am-2pm, the food there is better than most elsewhere on campus in my opinion and it is a great place to watch sports games on all the tvs while eating lunch.

Kulakai…Thank you for sharing and Fight On!

Will Marks Hall be open for all freshmen students this Fall, or for Honors students only?

Is it true you can join the band even if you don’t play an instrument? You can play the cymbals or something.

@CollegeMom48: Yes they’ll generally find a place for you from what I hear.

is partying hard if you arent in a frat?

“Is it true you can join the band even if you don’t play an instrument?”

Yes.

“is partying hard if you arent in a frat?”

No.

iamjen1: going law school!!! I dont regret anything, best 4 years of my life. ohhh. should have gotten trojan dining plan freshman year.

sher2000 : i thought marks hall was open to everyone in general… and honors housing was in trojan hall? STAY AWAY FROM BOTH

CollegeMom48: can’t say… sorry

mkushner: if youre an underaged male? sometimes. if you’re female? NOT AT ALL

What is bad about Marks Hall, besides no AC? If put it down as 5th choice on USC housing application, any chance of getting assigned to it? For current students who live/lived in Webb, do you regret living there in freshman year because you have to walk to EVK or Parkside for your all meals (w/ the Cardinal meal plan for cheapest cost)?

Band has the most fun here. I should know, I’ll be returning for my 5th year next year. Also, FOUNTAIN RUN!

Any must take courses you recommend ?

I know there are tons of choices esp GE courses but now as you look back what classes/professors bring back good memories?

sher 2000: I’m from the east. so anything higher than 80 is too hot for me, i prefer a/c and lots of it. even if you wanted to live on that side of campus, brinkrant is much better. ive never heard of anyone getting their 5th choice… unless you apply for housing late. Also… didnt know you could live in webb as a freshman…

pixeljig: Take freshman seminar. they have a lot to offer in terms of variety and topics. its a lot of fun to learn about the little things. Regarding the GE… people tend to figure out really fast which ones are the easy ones and which are the fun ones… BUt seriously, take what interests you, if you’re going to be there twice a week, at least be interesting.

Birnkrant is reserved for Trustee and Presidential scholars only. Marks Towers, Pardee, and Marks Hall all don’t have A/C, so what specifically about Mark Hall that most students don’t like? Are the rooms there smaller, thus hotter? Are they older rooms that those in the other buildings?

Marks is just old, with everything that goes along with that.

Take film symposium and sailing. Film symposium just saw The Avengers yesterday!
