"current year courses" different in print preview

Hey y'all. I'm just about to turn in my college apps and I hit "print preview" right before submitting and to my frustration, one of the questions is actually framed in a slightly different manner than on the web form. I am a transfer student and I have not been enrolled in school for nearly two years.

On the common app, it says: "Please indicate title, level (100-level, 200-level, etc.) and credit value of all courses you are taking this year (e.g. English 101 3 credits). Indicate quarter classes taken in the same semester on the appropriate semester line. If you’re not currently enrolled in college, please list the classes you took during 12th grade."

So today I dug through the office to find my report cards from senior year so I would know what courses to list on the application, but when I look at my application in Print Preview, it says "Current Courses Please indicate title, level (100-level, 200-level, etc.) and credit value of all courses you are taking this year. Indicate quarter classes taken in the same semester on the appropriate semester line. If you are not currently enrolled in college, please list the courses you took most recently."

I read on College Confidential that the schools will see the web version of my application and not the print preview. Please give me some closure!
