On the Common App it says to list current year courses and shows three sections. First is Full Year/First Semester/First Trimester the next is same except for its second. Since its spring semester do i still have to list my fall classes for the first semester part? Or would i just fill out the "Second Semester" part with my current year courses.

Thanks

List your first-semester courses, too. I mean, really, how hard is it to list them?

Look at the two possible mismatches:

A college that you’re applying to doesn’t care whether you’ve listed them, but you have listed them anyway: no harm done.

A college that you’re applying to does want you to list them, and you haven’t: not a catastrophe, but a potential problem. Yes, it’s probably true that a reviewer can find this information elsewhere in your application (e.g., on your high-school transcript), but the reviewer’s time for your application is limited, and you don’t want to make that person hunt around for information. That will make the reviewer grumpy. And you probably don’t want a grumpy person evaluating your application.
