current year courses question

Hey guys,

I am really confused about the current year courses section on the CC.
The problem is, that I am an international student from Germany and I dont really know how to fill in my courses. In my last 2 years at high school, I had always the same courses, for examplle :

12th grade

German
English
Maths
Physics
Chemistry
...

13th grade

German
English
Maths
Physics
Chemistry
...

... simply indicates that there are some more courses. Please note that I had 2 semesters each year, so all in all I received 4 grades fo each course in these 2 years. However there is one exception for social studies and geography, I only received 2 grades for each course, since you only have 2 semesters in each course. How should I complete this section now ?
Something like that ?

English 2 credits
Maths 2 credits
...
Geography 1 credit ( since there were only 2 semesters )

I have no clue, please help me out of this mess ;)

kind regards

List the courses you’re taking this year (i.e., 13th grade). That completes the part that asks you to fill out what you’re doing this year.

Your 12th grade courses, since you’ve already completed those semesters, should appear on your transcript. If they don’t, you can include the grades for those in the Additional Information section.

If you feel that the schools aren’t getting a clear understanding of (1) what you’re taking this year, and (2) what you took and how well you did last year from the combination of the current year courses section and the academic transcript provided by your school, I’d include a brief explanation in the additional information section.

Can someone tell me where does my counselor upload the transcripts? They ask the counselor for the School report, midyear report, optional report and final report. In which of these does he upload the transcripts and must all reports be uploaded and sent before the deadline?
