other things:
My essays and personal statement are absolutely kickin, i wrote about how much I love VT and how ut prosim applies to my life and all that
My brother goes to VT so I am a legacy

Your ACT/SAT, grades and classes are almost identical to my DS (you are slightly lower and we are not from NOVA). He also was a legacy with 4 generations, including a brother currently a Junior in ME. He applied US during ED and was deferred. Asked to be considered for Biology during RD and was wait-listed. I am not saying the same will occur for you, just wanted you to see a real example. I would say based on this experience, you are 50/50 between a yes and no. It is really hard to guess what admissions will do. Best of luck, my fingers are crossed for you.
