alright, now that some of us have taken the SAT iis today...
let's dive into speculation

I know, I know
the College Board releases no information regarding curves for their exams

but do we have any idea how generous the curves tend to be?

I'm betting

Math IIC - curve, nice? (12% get 800s, so I don't know if that's from a good curve or reason for no curve)

Biology - Little curve (-1 = 800)
Chemistry - More generous (-3 = 800?)

what are you guys thinking?

For Math IIC, I'm thinking the curve will be tougher than usual, around 8% get 800's since the questions were easy, but timing was the only issue (atleast for me)

chem curve is usually about

5 wrong - 800
10 wrong - 740 or 750
15 wrong - 700

im guessing -6 = 800 for IIc

youknowme are you serious?

has it ever gotten that high?

my bad, i think 5-6 is reasonable

today's test is somewhat harder than the test in the CB's subject test book. So i will give it a 6

darn i missed at least about 12. what will that give?

What do you guys think the US History curve will be?
