What are the curves for SAT Bio and Chem?

PR has -3 = 800 for Biology.

Barron's has -10 = 800 for Chemistry.

Barron’s chemistry tests are very off. I would advise you do sparknotes and PR tests as they are the most reliable for chem. And the super lenient curve is because Barron’s tests are always harder than the real thing.

In both subjects you can miss about 2 for an 800.

On the actual tests you can miss only two to get an 800? I was under the impression, at least for Chem, that you could miss significantly more. (Or at least skip 5-6 and miss a couple)

i think barrons curves are designed to somewhat “equate” their tests. their tests for both chem/bio are considerably harder than CB tests, and EVEN with the nice curves, what you get on a barrons test using their nice barrons curves are usually lower than what you can expect from the real thing.
