curve on SAT?!?!

So how exactly big is the curve on the SAT's? I heard that you can get like one or two wrong in a whole section (CR for instance) and still get a 800. Is that true?

On subject tests, definitely...I know on Physics for example one can usually get 8 or 9 worng and still get an 800. For the SAT I though, I'm really not sure. I think it did though, because I got 3 wrong and 1 omit for a 720 Math (kinda harsh) and 6 CR wrong for a 710 (not nearly as harsh).

sometimes that's true.
CR you can usually still manage an 800 with one wrong, but not always. and math is definitely a much harsher curve.

(This may be replaced by a new table for a new high school graduating class in a few days.)

One wrong in Jan 2007 Math = 780
One wrong in May 2007 Math = 800

ooh, it's a lot harder than i though :( oh well, more studying i guess!
