I hope it's generous.

Sometimes for english it's like
36 75
35 73-74

I really hope it's like that this year. I haven't taken the ACT before this so I'm not sure how it usually works. Is the curve usually different every test or is there a curve that everyone usually agrees upon?

What do you think the science curve will be? ITWAS SO HARD

I hope for the science, -10 is 31. LOL!!!

See, the ironic thing is that the science curve is always the harshest.

-9 would be like a 25.

Agreed hahaha 31 would be FANTASTIC ahaha I did sooo bad on that section:(

how many can you get wrong in the english section to still get a 30, usually?

@alex
most likely 6-7

i hope the math curve will be generous. im guessing i missed around 7 or 8 which would put me around a 30-31 area

Really though, what’s the curve for the science section?.. Like past curves so we can have a general idea with this curve…

@Smarty1201

You can’t really say. But the best they’ve ever given from what I’ve seen is -1 per question wrong. However, they usually do -2 per question wrong at least once at the top of the scale. So if you got 2 wrong it’s a 33. When it did this twice, 3 wrong was a 30!

If 3 wrong seriously was a 30 scaled score at any point in time, I think I will always be defeated by the ACT science. That’s not even reasonable.

@Teachmehow

Completely agree. Makes zero sense.

Science doesn’t have subscores. So it’s hard to make a prediction,
