<p>I go to the gym a lot, and I keep seeing this really cute guy there. I alwayz have problems talking/introducing myself to cute guys that I don't know... and I would really like to get to know him, I've caught him looking at me a few times, too.
How should I go about doing this?</p>

<p>Just start talking to him it doesn't really matter how you start the conversation because if he doesn't even give you a chance and immediately rejects you because of the way you started the conversation then either he's a jerk and you shouldn't want to talk to him more anyways or he thinks you are disgusting and you didn't have a chance no matter how you started the conversation. You can always just assume it's the first possibility. ;)</p>

It's one thing to not worry about rejection, but there's also looking like a complete fool.

after the introductions, talk about something you have in common (about school, like a class you share or whatever) once that talk is over...ask him out or wait til he does or whatever you want.</p>
