Hey guys!!
I will be attending Case this coming fall. I just want to create a post for those who are going or thinking about going to Case. I posted a very similar post on Reddit so go and check it out. Hopefully we all can post comments we want to share or questions we want to ask here. I visited Case and I really enjoyed my visit. I love the school and can’t wait to be there.
I am looking for female roommate. Class of 2021 fb has not posted anything about this. I just to to get to know some of you who will be on campus this fall. If you are also looking for roommate, please message me. We can get to know more about each other. I have few specific dorms in mind.
I am thinking about nursing. Anyone? If you know anything about nursing, please feel free to comment below. I actually have few questions about nursing. I did not apply to nursing program directly and just make my decision very recently; therefore I do not know if there is anything I need to do between now and the beginning of the semester. Do nursing students live in specific dorm or part of the campus?
I hope everyone will comment on this post, sharing their insights and concerns. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
I believe that nursing is one of the majors at CWRU that does not let you transfer into once you start. The students start clinical hours and nursing classes the very first semester, which is one of the reasons it is so highly ranked. You should contact the FPB School of Nursing directly. However, I seem to recall hearing that in one of the info sessions.
@amn257 @amwepp I talked to someone in admissions :
If you had not applied as a nursing major, you need to contact the admission office and speak with one of the counselors about a major change so we they can update the application materials and make sure everything is in order and that the major change is still possible at that time.
Just make sure to start as a nursing major if you want to be a nurse; you can switch into the program if you want to, but you have to wait until the fall and start back with the freshmen.
