Title says it all. Sophomore year I got one D in AP Euro. I'm trying to get into UC's. Is it ok to ignore? Should I retake it? How about if I retake it at a community college over the summer? Would UC's and CSU's reject me for it? Does anyone know?!?! I'm scared! ):

To overcome a bad grade, you have to work even harder the next year(s). More A’s than B’s, and you should be fine.

Just retake it, one D will be easily noticed but if you retake it, it can easily be overlooked

It’s not that big of a deal, your obviously a good enough student that you care about it. I got a C for both semesters in APUSH, I survived…even though my GPA is in need of a recesitation.

can you talk to your teacher about it? i’m sure you can work something out. most ap teachers i know will bump your grade up if you get a good score on the ap exam. (:

Yeah since I got a D I pretty much didn’t do good on the AP test. I really don’t have space to retake that class. And that class was hell I bet I just get another C like I did the first part of it. But if I do very well my high school would I be ok?

If your did well in your other classes you should be fine.
