My GPA and SAT scores are good . But I might end up with only one D in my pre cal class which is one of my non required classes. The rest of my grades are great. Will I end up not being accepted with that one D??? Comments please ! Worried!
I’m not 100% sure, but I think CSU’s require that you get a C or better in order to even be considered for acceptance.
Here, this was on the site: “A grade of C or better is required for each course you use to meet any subject requirement.” They also only require 3 years of math though.

Even though you have fulfilled the a-g courses for the CSU’s, you need to pass all a-g courses with a C or higher to maintain your provisional admission. Most schools are willing to work with you so you should contact admissions and see kind of options are available. They may let you drop the course or will wait until your final year end grade. Be proactive and see what you can do now when you may have options instead of waiting till graduation and have your acceptance rescinded.
