This year i decided to take AP stat and received a C my first semester and approaching a D my second semester… Can cal poly revoke my admissions if i have D? Im really stressing over this… HELP!</p>
<p>Yes they can, this is why it is a conditional acceptance. Try your best to pick your grade up. I’m not sure how often they revoke acceptances for getting a D, but they do have the right to.</p>
<p>Did you take the AP Stats exam? If so, you might be in luck. This happened to my son with AP Chem. He made a D his second semester, but got a 4 on the AP Chem exam.</p>
<p>His conditional acceptance was put into “review” status for a few days after Cal Poly got his transcript. Because this happened during junior year, my son had reported AP Chem on his CSU Mentor application (in the section where you list your A-G classes and grades) as “AP Chemistry Exam PASS” instead of reporting the class and grades. He had his AP scores sent to Cal Poly from College Board. After his application went into “review”, it later changed again to “Accepted” without the “Conditional” part. I’m pretty sure they verified his AP exam score and that gave him the credit for AP Chem that he wouldn’t have gotten based on his grades. </p>
<p>So if you took the AP Stats Exam, hopefully you passed and can use that passing score to get credit for the course. If you didn’t take the AP exam, do everything you can to get that grade up to a C !!! Good Luck!</p>

<p>If your stats are not great and you get a D you could have a serious problem. You are right to be stressed but that won’t do you any good. I’d be in working with my math teacher every day to avoid getting a D.</p>

<p>Ocslodad, was it in his senior year that he failed AP Spanish Lit? Do you know if he had listed the course on his CSU Mentor Application as “in progress” or “planned” for senior year?</p>
<p>It was the second semester of his senior year. It was probably listed as “planned” because it was the second semester.</p>
