This is pretty bad. I currently have a 4.0 in transferable classes...and I got a D in a non-transferable class during this winter session. I took too many units and I payed for it. Because of this I won't be able to fulfill my IGETC until Summer (which UCLA said is ok, I just got a response from them via email).
However, I'm worried about a few things. Namely, do I have to notify each school about this? Is this grounds for rejection or do you think I'll receive a contract stipulating that I must pass this class when I retake it in the Spring (I am) and that I must pass the class I will need for the IGETC which I'm taking in the summer?

I apologize for the bad writing, but as you can tell, I'm pretty concerned.

Filliper:
You will be ok. Just make sure that you notify each school and let them know that you will be taking in the summer to make it up…basically what they will do is either accept or reject you based on their expectation of you passing the course…
i.e. if they think you’ll pass, they will probably accept you
If they think you won’t, they won’t.

"For Fall 2010 transfer admissions, all transfer and major requirements should be completed by the end of Spring 2010. IGETC can be finished in the Summer of 2010. "

And yes Iz, it is non-transferable. However, it is a pre-requsite for the math class I need for IGETC.

Although I received a D in that non-transferable math class, the system still shows me as being enrolled in the transferable stats class. Do I just show up and not say anything about it?
