just wondering... what do universities typically do to students who were provisionally accepted, yet get a D or F in a class that they dont need for their major in their last semester at a CCC. ive heard that if the class was required for your major, then its bad news for you, but if the class was not transferable or required, then it wont matter as much... any info out there?

Depends on the University. But a D or F is pretty bad, especially at a community college. It also depends on the class, of course. If you challenged yourself and took a really hard course outside your major, it might not look so bad.

Just call and ask, I guess. You don't have to let them know who you are. :-)
