Hey everyone :) I applied to the architecture program at UC, and was wondering what you thought my chances are at acceptance.... because it may be another month until I find out, and it's driving me insane.

Attend a public high school
Classes include lots of art courses, including advanced art
AP english, history, government... have taken precalc, but not calculus.

I'm from central ohio, white, middle income...

Please be blatantly honest about how you feel my chances are. I need other's opinions on this issue. my family has become tired of hearing me stress about it.

UC's DAAP is highly competitive but it has been said that it is often difficult to tell what they are looking for in their students established artistic skill vs. brains and ability. Depending on when you turned in your application to DAAP, I do know people who have received their DAAP rejections but do not know anyone who has yet to be accepted, so at this point no news is good news. Good luck.

Congrats Soco. Daap is one of the best schools for architecture in the country and also one of the harder schools to get admitted to. You did well!

Also, For those still waiting... its a good indicator that you haven't been denied yet.
They deny people who don't meet the criteria as they come in. So, I wouldn't be too worried.
